Description:

Position Overview: As an Account Manager at EG4, you’ll play a crucial role in managing our strategic accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing client relationships, and supporting the installation and success of our systems. Your primary focus will be on engaging with EG4’s most critical clients and EPC/Installer accounts, fostering strong relationships to boost sales and meet our revenue targets.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; a Master’s in Business Administration is a plus.
  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Strong sales background with a proven track record is essential.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the solar industry or as a manufacturer field representative is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Proficiency in time management and handling a multi-state territory; B2B or direct sales experience preferred.
  • Technical Understanding: Knowledge of electrical concepts or the ability to complete company training in these areas.
  • Certifications: NABCEP or other solar industry certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and Collaboration: Partner with the Strategic Account Program Manager to provide comprehensive support for strategic accounts.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through assigned strategic accounts by managing distribution cost revenue from commissioned systems.
  • Sales Training: Deliver sales and technical training to strategic accounts and their sales teams to ensure effective product understanding and utilization.
  • Client Engagement: Regularly connect with assigned accounts through scheduled touch points and site visits to strengthen relationships and increase sales.
  • Data Collection: Gather and analyze data on future and pipeline order volumes from strategic accounts to inform business strategy.
  • Travel and Site Visits: Travel to client locations as needed, managing site visits and reporting progress to management on at least a monthly basis.
