Overview
The Field Sales-Sales Account Management area is responsible for selling the firm’s products and services to new and/or existing clients and developing or expanding accounts primarily through face-to-face sales.
Responsibilities
This role will be crucial to the success of the high growth TNS Financial Markets Division. The Account Manager will support the EMEA Sales Organization reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Sales EMEA. The applicant must have a strong work ethic and be flexible and agile with the ability to manage a multitude of tasks simultaneously. In addition, the applicant must be willing to participate in client facing conversations and support the sales team with on-going account program management and commercial tasks. The Account Manager will need to support the management of accounts with the Head of Strategic Sales EMEA as well provide leads for the EMEA Sales Team with existing Extranet accounts.

Program Management and Commercial Responsibilities

  • Support sales team in strategic deals for new and existing clients
  • Create client success programs for key accounts and assist sales members of the EMEA Sales Team
  • Support sales activity to help win new business and facilitate a smooth handover to the operations team.
  • Assist in closing opportunities with existing accounts and fostering relationships of high-profile accounts within the Financial Markets Division with a key Extranet focus.

Account Management

  • Assist in the account management of listed accounts in EMEA with support from the Head of Strategic Sales EMEA.
  • Focus on revenue retention.
  • Direct involvement in client facing revenue generating projects to recognize revenue and billing as quickly as possible.
  • Assist with client’s legal inquiries (including contracts updates, name changes, NDAs, etc.)
  • Establish specific schedules for client communication and enabling sales for the EMEA Team

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous Experience: 5-7 years in a revenue, project management, or technical pre sales
  • No experience required in the Financial Markets space but a bonus to have experience in hardware, colocation, or telecoms connectivity
  • Candidate must have good communications skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast- paced environment
  • SalesForce & Excel Experience a bonus
