Description:

Engineering Industries eXcellence is seeking an experienced Sales and Account Manager to grow and develop our growing Siemens and SAP Sales Practice within the DACH terrorist. This individual will be responsible for hunting/acquiring new accounts and cultivating existing accounts and relationships.

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Siemens solution portfolio for Manufacturing (Opcenter) and Lifecycle management (PLM, Teamcenter) => MUST HAVE
  • Understanding and knowledge of SAP technology and how to link e.g. between SAP ERP and Siemens Manufacturing solution => NICE TO HAVE
  • Owning responsibility for sales activities in Europe within IndX GmbH Sales Team for Siemens solution related opportunities
  • New Leads (Land & Expand) => Priority 1 (Hunting)
  • Picking up new leads coming from SDR / Marketing
  • Finding new leads & opportunities self-reliant
  • Driving leads through entire deal lifecycle until closure
  • Existing Accounts & Key Accounts (Land & Expand) => Priority 2 (Farming)
  • Detecting new opportunities across existing customer portfolio
  • Driving leads through entire deal lifecycle until closure

  • Key Account Management to dedicated important accounts by developing a solid and trustworthy relationship between major key clients and IndX
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Support responsible KAM strategy owner in developing and executing overall KAM strategy
  • Execute KAM plans for dedicated accounts
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs and turn into revenue
  • Support IndX approach to drive into various industries and markets
  • Represent IndX at events, venues, happenings of partners, customers, industries, trade shows, etc as speaker and/or attendee for lead generation and networking purposes.
  • Manage communications between key accounts and internal teams as needed
  • Close collaboration with existing Sales Team, Marketing Lead as well as SDR Team
  • Close alignment with other IndX company domains to ensure exchange of customer knowledge on an ongoing basis and enable cross domain sales opportunities (cross selling and up selling)
  • Present sales successes but also failures and respective analysis to the Sales Director EMEA
  • Support in establishing new relationships with potential partner companies
  • Develop, own and execute dedicated partner management plan
  • Generate new business via managed partners

  • Closely align actions and plans with IndX Global Siemens Partner Mgr
  • Support development of campaigns, bring in new ideas and ways for customer engagement
