Our sales team creates customized outreach campaigns aimed at rapidly expanding our client’s customer base and customer retention. To continue our efforts in the local area and expand our customer base, we are hiring an Entry Level Account Manager immediately.
As the Entry Level Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on lucrative sales campaigns with fellow members of our sales team. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will focus on signing up new customers and upgrading current customers wireless and internet home services. For the ambitious go-getters looking for a challenge, we offer an accelerated training process that fast tracks into upper management. ENTRY LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in marketing, promotions, sales, or account management preferred
  • Comfortable taking on a leadership role and support role within a team (must work well with others)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer relationship management (preferred, not required)
  • Experience in a management or leadership role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service

WHAT TO KNOW:

  • This is a full-time position
  • You must be able to work out of our office in Miami Lakes (this is not a remote role)
  • This position involves sales and working directly with prospective customers
  • There are opportunities for career advancement and continued mentorship from senior management
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $52,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting planned sales goals
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Develop and deliver informative sales presentations base on individual customer needs to maximize market share
  • Participate in continuous training opportunities with the intent to increase qualified customer contacts, enhance relationships and advance the sales process.
