As part of their growth, they are looking for an experienced Account Manager who can build client relationships and drive sustainability initiatives across key accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in sustainability, energy management, or environmental services.
  • Strong understanding of carbon reduction initiatives and energy efficiency solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with sustainability software tools is a plus.
  • Passion for sustainability and commitment to the client’s mission.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, and delivering on sustainability goals. This individual will oversee project deliverables, monitor client KPIs, and proactively identify opportunities for energy efficiency and carbon reduction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring clear communication, timely responses, and high client satisfaction.
  • Project Oversight: Manage the implementation of sustainability projects, from initial planning through to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on client performance metrics related to energy savings, carbon reduction, and overall environmental impact.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with clients to identify improvement areas, develop long-term sustainability strategies, and propose customized solutions aligned with their environmental goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless client service and maximize the impact of sustainability solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, government regulations, and technological advancements that benefit clients and enhance their sustainability efforts.
