ABOUT THE ROLE

Essity Health and Medical Solutions is looking for an experienced Account Manager for Long Term care and Acute Care channels. Responsible for providing on-going support, implement business strategies, innovative technologies and solution of care to achieve profitable business relationships and develop new revenue opportunities. Responsibilities will primarily include promoting Tena® incontinence care, JOBST® compression, orthopedic products and Advanced wound care products within all channels and customers.
This will be a remote position responsible for covering Woodstock to Windsor, ON. The ideal candidate should be located within the aligned territory and able to travel often.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with accounts to promote all brand awareness and secure profitable business in all channels (Long Term Care, Acute markets)
  • Develop, implement, and monitor customer specific sales plans and marketing programs to meet/exceed sales targets. Collaborate with internal and external partners to successfully represent and grow the Essity business.
  • Serves as a primary interface for all products and services and creates demand for the organization’s products by raising company profile with assigned strategic partners. Conduct in-services, seminars, presentations, and training of Essity products for customers.
  • Recommend products and services (value proposition) that fit well with client’s business needs. Collaborate in the development of internal and external training and education programs for various Essity assigned disease treatment therapies for customers.
  • Collaborate with the RSD to ensure channel growth and opportunities, business strategy implementation, and contract negotiations including terms and conditions.
  • Generate knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Frequently analyze customer information to discover and manage business risks and opportunities.
  • Support facility level customer business reviews.
  • Collaborate with marketing to deliver value added tools to accounts.
  • Works closely with the Central team to support chain accounts, assist with education, participate in conversions across Ontario Canada, collaborate to develop new programs and share initiatives.
