We’re hiring an Account Manager for the Bucharest/Ilfov si Timis region!
Are you a motivated, strategic, and energetic Account Manager? We’re seeking someone focused on acquisition and business development who can help expand our client portfolio in Bucharest/Ilfov si Timis area. As the face of Fabory, you’ll design and drive effective sales strategies and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and customer service
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized and strategic in planning sales activities
  • Self-driven, motivated, and professional
  • High school diploma (or higher)
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B)

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement sales plans by working with existing clients and acquiring new ones
  • Lead business negotiations and stay informed on market trends
  • Develop and present sales offers
  • Provide technical advice on Fabory’s range of fasteners
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Inside Sales teams
  • Maintain Fabory’s reputation as a reliable and competent partner
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Acquire new clients and nurture long-term partnerships
  • Develop a growth strategy centered on customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Research new markets and customer needs
  • Organize and attend meetings with potential clients
  • Advocate for Fabory’s solutions, aligning with client goals
  • Draft contracts in compliance with legal guidelines
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, and feedback
