We’re hiring an Account Manager for the Bucharest/Ilfov si Timis region!
Are you a motivated, strategic, and energetic Account Manager? We’re seeking someone focused on acquisition and business development who can help expand our client portfolio in Bucharest/Ilfov si Timis area. As the face of Fabory, you’ll design and drive effective sales strategies and build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities:
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and strategic in planning sales activities
- Self-driven, motivated, and professional
- High school diploma (or higher)
- Valid driver’s license (Category B)
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement sales plans by working with existing clients and acquiring new ones
- Lead business negotiations and stay informed on market trends
- Develop and present sales offers
- Provide technical advice on Fabory’s range of fasteners
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Inside Sales teams
- Maintain Fabory’s reputation as a reliable and competent partner
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Acquire new clients and nurture long-term partnerships
- Develop a growth strategy centered on customer satisfaction and profitability
- Research new markets and customer needs
- Organize and attend meetings with potential clients
- Advocate for Fabory’s solutions, aligning with client goals
- Draft contracts in compliance with legal guidelines
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and feedback
