Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. The Account Manager will utilize Salesforce or Hubspot to track account activities and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of Two-Way Radio sales and telecommunication equipment experience in similar space/accounts with proven track record is essential.
  • Develop strong client relationships
  • Be able to work on your own with little supervision
  • Pursue new clients and conduct own research
  • Be able to negotiate large deals
  • Must be very proficient in technical understanding of 2 way radio communications systems and solutions for brands like Motorola and similar communication solutions.
  • Must be able to travel within Ontario from time to time.
  • Previous employment in a telecommunications company is an asset
  • Proven experience in account management or a related field, demonstrating success in managing client relationships.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of driving sales growth.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, capable of motivating teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing accounts effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs for strategic decision-making.
  • Negotiation skills that foster collaboration while achieving desired outcomes for the company and clients.

    Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of new and current client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Call and email calling
  • Manage prospecting and new sales activities with a focus on new business generation.
  • Develop close plans for targeted medium and large sized opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with existing customer accounts and new prospects.
  • Lead sales presentations at end-user locations.
  • Execute growth plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Update and manage pipeline forecasts.

  • Identify opportunities for business development by analyzing market trends and client feedback.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms for both parties. .

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve account performance.
