WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an Account Manager to drive results across all aspects of affiliate and client management. Your primary focus is creating tailored strategies that influence and drive aggressive performance through strong affiliate relationships, a deep understanding of the affiliate channel, and innovative campaign execution.
In this role, you are the first escalation point for clients, trusted for your expert advice and strategic direction. You ensure client success by implementing effective strategies and continually pushing for increased results. You will oversee comprehensive affiliate marketing management responsibilities for financial clients, including the development of tailored strategies, advanced performance reporting, management of affiliate relationships, project tracking, and the facilitation of targeted campaigns designed to meet client objectives and enhance revenue growth.
With a comprehensive understanding of Fintel Connect’s technology, procedures, and partners, you serve as a strategic resource to your clients and to your pod, providing expert support and direction to ensure client goals are met. You actively participate and contribute to projects, training and process improvement to drive the overall success of the Client Services department.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related matters.Identify and present “out of the box” opportunities to increase revenue for your clients and that of the network, leveraging your affiliate expertise and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Regularly review data within the Fintel Connect platform, responding proactively to optimize results and address any issues.
- Provide strategic support to high-volume, high-value, and/or high-touch clients by demonstrating expert knowledge of tracking systems, testing and monitoring client systems as needed.
- Actively resolve client escalations, manage churn risk, and address challenging situations, including proactive intervention in potential client resignations.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities for Fintel Connect products and services within client portfolios.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Fintel Connect’s business needs and client objectives to continuously drive results.
- Demonstrate expertise in all Fintel Connect products, including newly launched offerings.
- Stay informed and educated on product changes, updates, and new features to provide the best possible service to clients and ensure accurate communication across teams.
- Lead training and knowledge-sharing sessions for new hires and ongoing department-wide development, focusing on key areas such as client strategy, affiliate management best practices, and performance analysis tools.
- Collaborate with other departments to support marketing, sales, and technical needs, as required, including spearheading new team onboarding.
- Demonstrate technical expertise in tracking systems and product functionality, ensuring timely resolution of issues as they arise, including data integration, performance tracking, troubleshooting, and platform optimization.
- Manage and support technical optimizations, disruptions, and cross-departmental initiatives to ensure client satisfaction.
- Support the Senior Client Service Manager and/or the Client Services Director with strategic initiatives related to affiliate and client management.
- Organize, document, and manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience within the agreed SLA.
- Perform monthly ROI analysis on affiliate programs, ensuring optimal performance and providing actionable insights to clients.
- Develop and execute program strategies for both managed clients and network clients, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs with a high level of independence
