Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the construction or plant hire industry, and will be passionate about delivering top-notch service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring Flannery Plant Hire is their go-to partner.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure sectors. Meet or exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless handover to the operations team for service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments.
  • Work closely with internal teams including operations, finance, and marketing to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and service delivery.
