WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an Account Manager to lead client management efforts for Fintel Check, Fintel Connect’s AI-driven marketing compliance tool. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing high-value accounts, and ensuring the successful delivery of services that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements. The Account Manager will serve as a key point of contact for escalations, oversee onboarding processes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, client satisfaction, and optimal compliance outcomes. Additionally, this role ensures clients maximize Fintel Check’s capabilities while maintaining adherence to industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary client advisor, helping clients optimize the value of Fintel Check.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations by guiding clients on using Fintel Check to meet industry standards and legal requirements.
- Manage escalations and resolve client issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Lead presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Fintel Check’s value proposition to potential clients as needed.
- Collaborate with product teams to provide insights from client feedback and market research, driving continuous improvement and product innovation.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and ensure the successful execution of growth initiatives.
- Work with the Client Services Director and team to enhance internal processes, improving efficiency and ensuring high-quality service delivery, with a focus on regulatory adherence.
- Evolve into a leadership role overseeing an account coordinators team, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and fostering a high-performing culture focused on client success.
- Encourage leadership development within the team by fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Provide training and guidance on best practices for client engagement and service delivery.
- Support the product development process by providing feedback on new features, assisting with testing, and ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and client services, to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed flawlessly.
- Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to expand Fintel Check’s market presence and increase revenue.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance metrics, gather feedback, and align future objectives.
- Lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth and efficient integration of Fintel Check into their operations.
