THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Fujifilm IT Services business.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, your primary purpose is to be responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships, managing accounts, and promoting our range of uniform solutions.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is a self-starter. We employ a hybrid working charter with flexible working options and 3 days/ week office attendance.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B consultative style of IT sales
  • Experience in selling Managed IT Services or similar would be advantageous
  • Highly skilled in rapport-building and responding effectively to individual customer needs
  • Be able to maintain consistent and standardised sales process.
  • Self-awareness and being able to self-manage time to focus on revenue generating activities.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the Managed IT Services value proposition based on a deep understanding of features and benefits as they relate to specific customer needs
  • Demonstrate a proven history of achieving sales quotas and being able to articulate why you have been successful

Responsibilities:

  • Growing and retaining customers within Mid-market space.
  • Manage the daily running of customer accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Close collaboration with a range of stakeholders including customers, the sales team, and customer service.
  • Understand client demands and meet deadlines for account-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote growth through complementary sales and related offerings.
  • Cultivate long-term working relationships with assigned customers.
  • Work alongside brand managers or other relevant teams to ensure holistic account management.
