REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of proven experience in an agency environment, with a track record of successful projects.
- Experience serving B2B clients is a plus.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proficiency in project management platforms like Asana; experience with HubSpot and NetSuite is beneficial.
- A demonstrable ability to create meticulous timelines, efficiently manage tasks, and coordinate internal and external reviews.
- Able to collaborate with both internal teams and clients alike.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at working autonomously.
- Adept at creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Client Service: Act as the primary Provide day-to-day contact for clients on projects and intiatives, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs. Translate client requirements into actionable plans, providing timely responses and clearly outlining next steps.
Project Management: Assume ownership of project workflows, meticulously creating and managing timelines to meet project objectives. Utilize project management systems to allocate tasks, track progress, and enforce deadlines. Maintain a results-driven approach, holding team members accountable for meeting project milestones.
Effective Communication: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, fostering collaboration between internal and external local or global teams. Facilitate clear and concise communication channels, ensuring seamless information flow across teams.
Estimates and Proposals: Prepare initial drafts of estimates and proposals, emphasizing transparency in project scope, costs, and expectations. Collaborate with team members to refine proposals and align them with client needs.
Collaborative Efforts: Work with global teams and talent to provide comprehensive solutions aligning with client objectives. Foster a teamwork and knowledge-sharing culture, contributing to the agency’s overall success.
Attention to Detail: Serve as the meticulous proofer and final reviewer for all materials, upholding the highest standards of precision and quality. Ensure all client interactions and project deliverables meet the agency’s exacting standards.
Problem Solving: Exhibit creative and solution-oriented problem-solving skills, addressing challenges and proposing innovative solutions. Navigate a fast-paced environment with agility, ensuring projects stay on course and objectives are met.
