Description:

The Accounting Manager is responsible for preparing and analyzing key financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. This role ensures compliance with accounting principles and provides accurate financial data to support informed decision-making.
Key responsibilities include managing the daily operations of the accounting department, overseeing accounting data, and producing comprehensive financial reports. The Accounting Manager will also establish and enforce appropriate accounting methods, policies, and principles to maintain consistent financial accuracy and integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • CPA certification or equivalent professional designation is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team.

    Pay: $40,558.82-$101,323.41 per year
