Overview:
The Account Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients. This role involves being the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving account growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional account management skills and a proven ability to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, including coordination across different time zones.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Possesses an in depth understanding of their clients’ markets and their industries
  • Prepare quarterly and annual business reviews and multiple year account plans for each account based on short, mid, and long-range plans. Provides statistical usage reports for regular client meetings
  • Negotiates pricing and implementation and prepares proposals for offering additional products and services (up-sells products and services)
  • Drive incremental revenue growth through offering and selling product solutions, with new business units, divisions, and client vendors both direct and indirect.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years experience in account management or sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
