REQUIREMENTS
- College diploma (DEC) ;
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Bilingualism mandatory (English will be tested during our recruitment process);
- Excellent communication and writing skills;
- Professional attitude and resourcefulness;
- Excellent management of priorities;
- Versatility, attention to detail and ability to manage several files at once;
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and work under pressure;
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Knowledge of SAP would be an asset;
- Ability to look back and willingness to improve;
- Strong logical sense.
Responsibilities:
- Gather relevant information from the customer to coordinate the project;
- Respond to customer queries;
- Be the point of reference for all internal departments regarding customer requests;
- Advise customers on best practices;
- Coordinate project delivery and installation;
- Manage service calls and after-sales service;
- Keep internal software information up to date for each project;
- Work closely with representatives and internal team.
