Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Building strong relationships with internal teams to ensure World Class Content in and out and reaching set team targets
- Identifies/creates/optimize/automates and documents end to end processes involving support, finance, delivery, product and legal teams to drive efficiency through group
- Identifying training needs for new and existing business – Provider/Agency – Internal/External
- Support THOR Program processes and tools optimization and content clean ups- Odin, SalesForce
- Provide support and address ad hoc administrative requests to assist hotel and car team
- Serve as a point of contact for questions, concerns, or suggestions related to processes and tools
- Someone who truly believes that Content is King, it comes in many guises and is willing to explore every one of them in the quest to have world class content.
- CRM management/optimization for hotel&car team, work hand in hand with Sales Operations Team,
- Provide billing/collection queries support for all hotel&car suppliers, design process improvements
- Full responsibility over coordinating end to end price increase process in collaboration with Finance team
- Full responsibility over hotel&car service fees; manage annual review, increase, implementation process; identify the need of implementing new fees or increase of existing fees
- Full responsibility for managing and improving customer/team facing tools and processes in collaboration with respective teams - My Travelport, Qlikview, Snow, Sharepoint
- Facilitate and maintain communication and relationship with Rate Gain team for the Rates&availability reports
- Create and update hotel and car documentation
- Arranging accesses, trainings, updating onboarding materials
- Update Homeport hotel and car information
- Responsible for increasing and maintaining hotel and car exposure within the organization
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN THIS ROLE:
- Experience in process optimization, documentation, tool implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in process management, documentation tools, Excel
- An eye for detail and the ability to quickly understand and process data.Excellent communication skills, and the ability to network and build effective relationships internally and externally. A team player.
