SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • PBM experience preferred
  • Pharmacy experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to organize and multi-task
  • MS Office, specifically Excel and Word, skills strongly preferred
  • Ability to pivot quickly to adapt to changing environment
  • Ability to work independently yet be able to work cohesively within a team to achieve results

Pay: $45,760.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

Ventegra is a fast paced, innovative virtual company. An Account Manager I is a key position tasked with building and maintaining relationships with Ventegra’s clients. This position will be exposed to many functions and processes unique to Ventegra.

DUTIES INCLUDE

Responsible for servicing accounts assigned to them, including but not limited to:

  • Serves as primary contact for clients and key points of contact o Builds relationships with client
  • Troubleshooting client issues by working with appropriate internal teams
  • Attend client benefit fairs and conferences

Assists in client implementation and integration

Responsible for ensuring business requirements are complete, including but not limited to:

  • Plan Design/Benefit Changes
  • Formulary Updates
  • Client Attestation Forms

Prepare and assist business review information, including but not limited to:

  • Prepare and understand utilization data
  • Prepare and understand plan cost data
  • Prepare and understand plan savings data
  • Prepare and understand potential business opportunities
  • May present to Account Management team

Responsible for storing and maintaining key client documentation and communication to be shared internally across Account Management as well as other departments as applicable
Responsible for client offboarding upon client termination
Other duties as assigned
