THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team on site at our Head office in Christchurch. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing customer base by delivering exceptional service, fostering strong relationships, and driving sales growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled salesperson to create and develop innovative opportunities using value-based selling methodologies. You will showcase the core capabilities and tailored solutions that set I-Fulfilment apart, helping our clients succeed in their operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored account plans for your customer portfolio, ensuring alignment with I-Fulfilment’s sales strategy.
- Build and maintain a robust business development pipeline to drive growth and achieve targets.
- Oversee daily interactions with clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any issues promptly.
- Act as the client’s advocate within the company, working proactively with colleagues to resolve issues, develop new solutions, and identify opportunities for further collaboration and growth.
- Prepare and review various reports, including visit reports, SLA compliance, sales projections, and forecasts. Use data insights to track performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Facilitate the exchange of knowledge and skills between teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement. Encourage collaboration and learning to enhance team performance and drive collective success.
