What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruiting professional buyers and sellers, nurturing existing business relationships, and driving growth throughout the customer lifecycle. This role involves both hunting for new business opportunities and farming existing accounts, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets at the individual, team, and company levels.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day onboarding, nurturing and winning back customers
- Recruit new traders and dealers (not registered yet) from incoming calls or pre-assigned database by the Manager
- Keep a good collaboration and smooth, professional transfer of the highest segment of customers to field sales in line with the conditions and markets defined
- Nurture the business relationships of the existing customers in your portfolio and help them develop and grow their business with us
- Win back customers who stopped working with us understanding the reasons behind and acting / reporting them further to the manager
- Demo on sales solutions for buyers and sellers
- Call Campaigns towards new and existing customers (launch of new solutions, products and services)
- Work towards reaching and overreaching sales targets
- Follow up and report on your responsible territory (market) information which could boost sales and OPENLANE’s market share
- Yearly customer visits for a selected group accompanies by one of the commercial managers
- Smile each day and keep up the positive vibe towards our customers and within our team and company (in line with our company’s value)
Who are you?
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or a similar role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively manage and close deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a good sense of humor can take you a long way
