About the Role
You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients. The area of focus will be in the use of Vehicle Data solutions by insurance providers. Your primary focus will be to ensure client satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets. You will develop and execute account strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and proactively address client needs. Your role is crucial in driving growth and maximizing profitability for both the company and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Building and maintaining sturdy client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account records and forecasting data in CRM system.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company’s footprint within existing accounts.
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic account planning.
  • Collaborating with sales teams on strategic sales planning and when appropriate, support sales meetings and product presentations.
  • Interacting regularly with customers (both internal and external) to provide thought leadership, business expertise, guidance, and best practices to the organisation relating to your assigned market.

Requirements

  • Have a good understanding of the insurance industry and market trends, experience working with vehicle data and understanding of its application within the insurance market is preferred.
  • Have good knowledge of the UK distribution dynamics including Software Houses and Price Comparison Websites
  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to collaborate and interact effectively with internal and external clients
  • Be able to develop and implement strategic account plans.
  • Have exceptional relationship building, and ability to be collaborative and interact effectively with multiple teams
