JOB SUMMARY
The Account Managers main role is to be the Liaison between the agency principle and AGA operations regarding onboarding, contracting, commissions and other admin responsibilities. To support RSM’s so they are freed up to help with the overall growth of the agency.
PRIMARY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft office Word, Excel
- Strong organizational & follow through skills
- Strong presentation & communication skills
- Ability to work both in-office and remotely
- Flexible to travel around the country
- Ability to carry up to 40lbs and move and bend and lift as necessary
- Be helpful and kind and solution driven with all interaction
The general base pay scale for this open position is $55,000 - $70,000. Pay for a selected candidate will be determined within the pay scale based on one or more of the following factors: candidate’s experience, skill set, education level, and/or location.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with assigned RSM’s to support with agencies admin responsibilities
- Work closely with contracting and onboarding to facilitate a smooth process
- Keep accurate notes and documentation of interactions in SFDC
- Attend and travel to events throughout the country as needed
- Pull and run appropriate reports on a weekly basis
- Be liaison between RSM’s and AGA Operations to resolve agencies issues
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external partners with effective resolution
