Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
We are looking for a new member to join our ‘Global Account Management Team’ at Irdeto!
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients as well as identifying and pursuing new opportunities, within our video entertainment business unit.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be someone who is passionate about sales, is highly organized, and has excellent communication and negotiation skills.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Nurture, strengthen & build relationships with existing customers and new prospects, to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Develop & grow existing customer base by proactively upselling additional products and services
- Facilitate contract renewals, service extensions, and recurring orders efficiently
- Collaborate & communicate with internal teams to effectively address and deliver on customer requests.
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, including forecasts & key account metrics
