Description:

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • B.Sc / HND in Sales / Business Admin any other relevant courses
  • Minimum of 5-years of prove experience in sales of IT products, with focus on Laptops, Mobile devices, Tablets etc.
  • Must possess minimum of 3 years of experience of partner management especially with RD
  • Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of Market dynamics
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent Organization Skills and effective communication & interpersonal skills
  • Detail Oriented with a focus on accuracy & efficiency

Responsibilities:

  • Sell In/ST/Sell Out Targets – Liaise with key partners on stocking and initiate ordering process.
  • Planning and achieving monthly targets for Sell In (Revenue), Sell Through and Sell Out from Retail POS Pan Nigeria.
  • Follow up with the customers and ensuring that the payments are received on time within the credit period minimizing over dues.
  • Understanding the customer buying pattern, managing stock availability at all POS, minimizing ageing stock, highlight & assist in resolution of any market disputes pertaining to business or customer service.
  • Assist in sales of slow-moving stocks and debtor’s list.
  • Handling Sales, Stock and AR Reporting from all RDs on timely basis.
  • Prospecting new potential clients and on-boarding them into our system.
  • Fulfilling Vendor/Brand positioning in the partners outlets and market
  • Engaging with customers on periodic basis, understanding needs and giving solutions, dealing with the issues and addressing them through engagement with relevant stake holders.
  • Plan the sales basis the existing customers, plan stocks, educate about the new products, monitor competitors activities, negotiate a win-win deal, following up with customers to closure of deal, ensuring repeat business.
  • Managing the stake holders, complying with the requirements of different
  • bodies, co-operating with stake holders while safeguarding the organizations and customer interest,etc.
  • Sales documentation, following up with the stake holders (Credit- for approval, limits, etc., and Logistics- timely delivery, etc.) to ensure that the transactions are seamless.
  • Maintaining sales records, doing analysis, presenting the finds to the senior management and auctioning on the same.
  • Planning events/ training for partners to increase their sales
