Walker Healthforce, an industry leader in the placement of Healthcare Technology Consultants is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our client partnership team. Contributing to the overall success of our team, you will support the Executive Director, Technology Services and Account Management team while working effectively in a collaborative environment toward strategic organizational goals.

The ideal Account Manager will possess:

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong written and oral communication capabilities
  • Well-versed in collaboration with your colleagues, acting cross-functionally to support the sales process with Sales and Executive Teams
  • Proficient with MS Office and web-based computer technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable of the full range of company and third-party technology, products, IT solutions and services, and how these services align to customer needs
  • Willingness to learn and adopt best practices necessary to create ongoing and sustainable success

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 yrs. experience in a similar role
  • A background in the staffing and recruiting industry is required
  • Healthcare payer / IT Solutions experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree is required
