EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing and/or account management, preferably in the KSA region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Account Manager - KSA, you will be key in developing and nurturing client relationships throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling of Dsquares solutions, acting as the main point of contact for our clients while collaborating with internal teams to boost client objectives and meet project KPIs.
In this role, you will monitor and analyze program KPIs and provide valuable insights for improving program performance.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sustain and manage client relationships ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Build alliances across various internal functions, including Partnerships, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Project Management.
  • Measure the performance of the loyalty programs.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and enhance processes in account management.
  • Establish program goals and relevant metrics.
  • Promote best practices for utilizing our products.
  • Evaluate program risks.
  • Maintain regular communication about daily statuses with clients.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather updates on task progress.
  • Conduct data analysis for each program against standard trends to derive insights.
  • Prepare for onboarding new clients efficiently.
  • Stay informed on competitive landscape and emerging market trends.
  • Explore growth opportunities and revenue-generating cross-selling of existing programs.
  • Assess client needs and propose campaigns to optimize commissions.
  • Recommend merchants tailored to each customer segment.
  • Develop actionable strategies for maximizing commission outcomes in each project.
