Responsibilities:
You as our Account Manager - LATAM, will take the lead in attracting new clients for Pepperstone, with a strong emphasis on boosting conversions for leads and demo accounts within the LATAM market. Your dynamic role will involve actively reaching out to potential clients, ensuring prompt and engaging communication, particularly during the early mornings and throughout LATAM’s working hours, guiding them seamlessly through the application process.
As our Account Manager - LATAM, your key responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Fostering connections with warm leads, conducting demos, and engaging with existing clients through top-notch communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Keeping clients excited about trading markets by regularly sharing insightful market analyses and trade opportunities.
- Administering KYC as a crucial step in welcoming new clients aboard.
- Efficiently addressing client inquiries by leveraging your expertise in our products and platform.
- Exuding a positive, compassionate, and professional demeanor toward all customers.
- Skillfully translating complex information into easy-to-understand concepts, such as trading principles.
