  • Business and agricultural background: You have the perfect combination of business knowledge and a deep understanding of agriculture.
  • Sales experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Cultivation knowledge: You are familiar with crop or arable farming.
  • Excellent communication skills: You convince your interlocutors and bring negotiations to a good conclusion.
  • Flexibility and self-organization: You switch effortlessly between customer visits and home office and always maintain an overview.
  • Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and English (if there is a willingness to learn, deficits in English are no problem).
