Responsibilities:

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain close business relationships through continuous communication with every client of your portfolio
  • Provide consulting support (application, legal, and technical) to major clients
  • Be proactive with respect to current and future requirements of major clients and propose solutions or appropriate changes
  • Identify potential clients within the account manager’s database in order to present additional modules. (Human resources, time and attendance, self-service etc..)
  • Manage and coordinate the presentation cycle, plan all meetings, schedule the product specialist, ensure all follow ups during the presentation cycle.
  • Ensure communication between major clients, various internal stakeholders, and business partners
  • Document all client interactions and conduct the annual client satisfaction assessment meeting, and ensure to maintain the business unit’s results.
  • Remain up-to-date on new additions or changes impacting our solutions and represent our major clients internally.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • College diploma in business administration, accounting or any related area or any combination of studies and related work experience or the equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in the payroll industry
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management/existing clients
  • College Ahuntsic Payroll specific trainings or Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) PCP Certification (Asset)
  • Own a car and be able to travel to client sites
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Analytical, systematic, and strategic

  • Knowledge of various payroll solutions
