ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for building strong relationships with clients? We’re excited to welcome an Account Manager to our Blue-collar recruitment team who will play a pivotal role in our continued success.
As an Account Manager, you will primarily focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with 1 specific existing client in Canberra and looking at sales for NSW. While recruitment support will be a small part of your responsibilities, your main emphasis will be on understanding and meeting the unique needs of our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Working with an existing Canberra client and growing the NSW client base, you will be responsible for engaging with key decision makers and stakeholders to develop new opportunities within the account.
- You will be responsible for developing new business within your current portfolio and maintaining the current relationships and status quo account managing the additional accounts you bring in.
- You will need to strategically map your clients so you can ensure you have a full understanding of their needs and requirements
- You will work close with our Recruitment Delivery team to ensure they have a full understanding of our clients’ warehousing, manufacturing and trades requirements so they can deliver the highest quality candidates and service to the accounts
- You work side by side with the Candidate Engagement team to maximise our candidate’s experience with both our organisation and our client
- Develop and maintain industry networks and your personal brand
In order to be considered for this exciting role you should have:
- Confidence and an excellent can-do attitude
- Persuasion & influencing skills
- Preferably experienced in Account Management, but we are also open to candidates with strong customer service background (b2b customer service preferred)
- Ability to deep dive into a client’s ecosystem to fully understand their environment and needs
- Sales and client relationship management experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated relationship building skills
- Willingness to be based out of the Sydney CBD office with once-a-week travel to Canberra (via train
