Mauveworx create, automate, print, and distribute marketing materials for some of the UKs biggest brands and retailers. We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced account manager to join our team at Mauveworx. Ensuring that Mauveworx deliver an exceptional, seamless level of service to the clients you will be looking after.
Responsibilities:
- Client facing role with interaction on all levels of key stakeholders
- Onsite min. 1 day a week at client office (or where applicable)
- Responsible for day-to-day management of account and deliver exceptional service
- Optimise on group opportunities (creative, tech, fulfilment)
- Manage Mauvetech platform on behalf of client and propose recommendations
- Project manage high level campaigns / projects end to end
- Build a strong relationship between our business, the client and store estate
- Manage communication between client and client services
- Create production briefs on behalf of client, simplify the process along the way
- Responsible for budget and forecast
- Responsible for managing and delivering reporting including reviews, SLA’s, cost savings, market / competitor reviews
- Driving innovation and sustainability requirements, supported with industry shows and store visits
- Review internal and external processes between our company and client to add value and streamline
