Description:
We are looking for an Account Manager to support an existing Client Experience and Leadership (CEL) team in the delivery of agency services to a portfolio of flagship clients across EMEA.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of effective media plans that drive e-commerce growth for our clients, primarily across digital channels. In addition, the candidate will support the Account Director in orchestrating all internal teams, ensuring Assembly delivers a consistently high output across all departments, and will work with the Account Director to identify opportunities for growth via the expansion of services or through client procurement of the agency’s Data, Tech and Business Consulting products.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, passionate about digital marketing, a confident communicator who is constantly looking for creative ways to achieve exceptional results and someone who can build lasting relationships at all levels both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Act as Account Manager across a portfolio of clients supporting the Account Director with deliverables, as well as managing the sign-off of media plans and coordinating activation teams to ensure the smooth running of campaigns and always-on activity.
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships at all levels of seniority
- Support in the development of strategic media frameworks via; insight mining, defining tasks for communication, audience definition and sizing and candidate channel selection
- Support on cross-channel planning (channel selection, budget allocation by channel / phase / audience) using historic client performance and industry benchmarks in combination with agency tools
- Facilitate accurate in-channel planning by clearly communicating the defined strategic media framework and cross-channel plan to specialist channel teams, and enable the delivery of detailed plans to clients
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date view of all deliverables across accounts and collaborate with the Account Director, client and channel teams to ensure priorities remain aligned and deadlines are met
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign metrics using channel platforms and dashboards. Provide client with regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Manage client budgets effectively ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget constraints. Ensure all financial reconciliations are complete on time and are accurate
- Experience with supporting Account Director with response to briefs and pulling insights to inform media mix
- Recognise cross & upsell opportunities and work alongside the Account Director to maximise these
- Keep abreast of channel and product updates within the agency, ensuring these are communicated to the client where appropriate
REQUIREMENTS:
- Digital marketing experience, preferably in a digital agency
- Excellent understanding of all digital channels including PPC, SEO, Display and Paid Social
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong proficiency in excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with analysing datasets and delivering actionable insights
- Results and target driven with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and multi-task, working with all agency departments
- Proactive, motivated, self-starter
- Confident client facing attributes
- Preferential to have experience with tools such as Monday.com, Pathmatics, CommsPoint and GWI
