Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an Account Manager with a focus on paid social and display.
The role is perfect for someone looking to take on more responsibility as a digital lead across a set of brilliant clients, working closely with other online and offline channel leads to build holistic media plans.
You’ll report into an Account Director, have close contact with a Business Director and have line management responsibilities.
This role is ideal for someone eager to further develop their in-platform technical skills and excel at building strong client relationships.
You will be responsible for upskilling Account Executives, providing optimisation guidance, sharing recommendations for testing new channels and approaches, and leading client communications and performance reviews for campaigns.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Expert skills in paid social activation is vital. This should be complimented with the ability to use tools like Google Analytics and strong working knowledge of measurement and tracking.
You will be working closely as part of a client planning team with daily interaction, so we require strong interpersonal and communication skills.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
Line management experience where you have managed and developed Account Executives, ensuring that they are given the direction and skills to exceed client expectations.
Experience with planning tools such as: Touch points, You Gov would also be a plus.

Responsibilities:
We have been working with one of the accounts you will lead on for a year, and the other we have a long-standing relationship with. We manage their full media mix which includes TV, Video, Partnerships, Print, Audio, Display, Paid Social and PPC.
This role will focus on Social and Display but will offer exposure and upskilling across a range of different channels.
In addition, there will be the opportunity to get involved in new business, which is growing due to new client wins and growth within the current client set.
