Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Report to the Manager, Member Rewards.
  • Build and maintain effective business and working relationships with rewards partners and potential partners to obtain the best member value and member satisfaction.
  • Work with our partners to find ways to increase their sales to our members and their satisfaction with our program with great offers, specials and promotions
  • Champion the implementation of Member Rewards strategies, policies and processes while supporting the Association’s overarching strategic direction.
  • Work with colleagues from across the organization on shared opportunities, to encompass emerging technology, digital communications, and modernization.
  • Work with partners and the Marketing team to identify opportunities to promote partner and member offers.
  • Ensure the Rewards program meets/exceeds objectives for member engagement, member value & member satisfaction.
  • Be a key player in protecting member privacy and the integrity of data.
  • Ensure association training supports the Rewards strategy and is accurate and updated to reflect any changes in member offers & benefits.
  • Participate in Reward partner activities/events as required.
  • Participate and provide input into the forecast that determines the goals for Rewards member engagement and growth.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

  • You have a post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • You’ve got at least 3 years’ experience in account management, product management, or marketing.
  • Previous experience working with a loyalty program is considered an asset.
  • You know all the ins and outs of how to be extremely organized and capable of tracking, managing, and resolving issues effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Above all … you have a strong history of results … a history of acquiring new partnerships, managing existing partners, exceeding targets and delivering value.
  • You will be able to pass a Canadian Criminal Record Check
