Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE AS OUR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Successfully manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing client organizations.
- Grow our client base by actively approaching and generating new business within your allocated target accounts.
- Account planning, new business generation, pipeline management and deal closing is an integral part of daily tasks.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex solutions to clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
To be successful in this role, you have:
- Practical experience from account management or other sales driven roles.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills to drive account growth.
- Great communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Fearless in initiating contact with new individuals.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
