Description:
OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Achievement of planned sales and company targets
- Continuous market and target group-oriented alignment of sales activities in the Netherlands in accordance with the sales management’s specifications
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the account management of our customers in the entire Netherlands as sales representative working at customers
- Proactive establishment, maintenance and strategic development of customer relationships
- Intensive market observation and passing on feedback as well as deriving sales activities
- Conducting active consulting and sales talks
- Analyzing and evaluating our customers’ business processes and needs
- Creating customer development plans and deriving sales opportunities
- Preparing and representing our company at trade fairs and conferences
- We are looking for a motivated sales professional with an affinity for software sales
- A degree in sales, business management, business administration or comparable training is desirable
- Several years of professional experience in sales required (at least 3-5 years of successful sales history with proven track record)
- Industry experience in the IT or construction industry is a plus
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Sales affinity, high motivation and goal orientation
- Structured, conscientious and precise way of working
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team
- Very good knowledge of MS applications (knowledge of MS Power BI and MS Dynamics CRM an advantage), use of Salesforce-CRM is planned
- Very good written and spoken Netherlands language skills for customer contact, as an international company we also communicate internally in English.
