ABOUT YOUR FUTURE ROLE

We’re seeking a commercially skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our successful Preferred Account sales team
You’ll join our Preferred Account Team in SME sales and be based in Ballerup, Denmark. Good team spirit and a winning mentality are highly prioritized. You will primarily be accountable for maintaining and selling payment solutions to an existing portfolio of customers in our mid-sized segment. You will be responsible for building and developing key relationships and become a trusted advisor defining sales and commercial success, enabling to ensure that Merchants Services achieves its commercial goals.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Sell to and maintain existing SME customers, via phone and physical meetings in Denmark.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts
  • Update and maintain customer CRM data
  • Stay updated on and provide feedback on competitors.
  • Looking beyond the day-to-day Merchant needs to ensure the long-term stability and growth of the relationship and revenueIdentifying appropriate products and services to meet the full range of the merchant’s needs

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • You already have experience in B2B sales preferably in a similar role with SME segment
  • You are goal-oriented, active and self-driven – thriving by closing sales and reaching your sales targets
  • You obtain great communication skills towards customers and colleagues
  • Ability to grasp new ways of working quickly
  • Great communication skills and fluency in both Danish and English
  • Solid business understanding
  • Willing to cover whole Denmark Geographicall
