Responsibilities:

WHAT’S THE ROLE:

As an Account Manager, you will conduct regular customer site visits and remote consultations to develop new opportunities and maintain existing business. Inspect undercarriages, buckets, and GET, providing reports as needed. Attend equipment installations, monitor product performance, and assist with application optimization.
You are a go-getter; you will achieve budgeted sales and financial targets for the sales region. Develop and implement customer engagement and key account plans, following the sales process to maximize growth and service. Submit accurate and timely reports, forecasts, and CRM data. Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, Sales Support, Engineering, and Operations to meet customer needs. Inform senior management of market changes and contribute to product improvements and new business opportunities.
Drawing upon your extensive experience as an Account Manager in the Sales division, you will utilize your expertise in sales management and marketing to serve as the main point of contact for clients. You are a professional familiar with machine condition monitoring as well as standard safety procedures.
With a strategic mindset, you will optimize sales processes and work towards achieving the budgeted sales targets for the region. Your exceptional customer-focused approach will be instrumental in conducting regular client meetings, delivering engaging presentations, and providing product demonstrations to promote our Undercarriage Composite solutions.
Collaboration will be key as you engage with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and marketing, to ensure the effective fulfillment of customer requirements. Your attention to detail will enable you to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market-supporting our technical sales efforts.
Additionally, occasional travel to high-altitude mining sites is required for this role, making it essential to have good physical health.
Overall, you will manage account relationships in the Oil Sands sector within the Mining Mobile Plant group. Oversee existing business and prospect for new opportunities in the mining industry.
