Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Account Manager, your primary duty will involve identifying and engaging with contractors, builders, designers, and carpenters, with the aim of bringing them on board as customers of Royal Door and Trim Supplies. This is a dynamic sales and customer service role that requires a high level of commitment to the products you are selling. Your responsibilities will include accurately measuring and preparing quotes for interior doors and trim. It is essential that you have a thorough understanding of the products in order to effectively communicate and send quotes to clients. In this role, you have the flexibility to set your own work hours. As long as you meet your sales targets, you will have autonomy and minimal supervision from management.
Mandatory three months probation, and another three months as an inside sale before going out as an outside sales rep.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid G Driver’s License or Provincial Equivalent
- Access to a Reliable Vehicle
- Clear Criminal Background Check
- Solid Understanding of Sales Processes and client Management
Responsibilities:
Precision Measurement: Conduct precise measurement s for new construction and renovation projects, focusing on interior trim, doors, and related components essential for finish carpentry work.
Client Outreach: Engage in proactive cold calling through phone, email, and in-person visits to foster relationships with potential new clients.
Collaborative Teamwork: participate actively in weekly and monthly meetings with the Sales Manager to align strategies and share insights.
Accurate Quotations: Prepare and provide precise quotes and takeoffs to clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy in every transaction.
Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed set sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth and success.
