Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are currently in search of an Account Manager to join our client success team in Singapore. This role offers the unique opportunity to own the sales and customer lifecycle from start to finish with the responsibility of driving new business acquisition while nurturing existing client relationships. This is a position in our Singapore office. The Account Manager is expected to work from the office Monday to Thursday. Friday is flexible.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Drive revenue growth for our organization and the businesses we support by managing the entire customer lifecycle mainly around renewal and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Improve the performance of our clients’ IP and R&D workflow in a client-centric manner
  • Adopt a data-driven approach of sales funnel management and account management with accurate forecasting.
  • Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
  • Conduct professional negotiation of commercial agreements.
  • Conduct customer onboarding meetings and quarterly business reviews.
  • Develop new business in life science industry with the region’s leading enterprises from big enterprises to promising SMEs.
  • Keep up to date with all major product updates for the ability to articulate their value to our clients.
