SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years experience in Financial Services is desirable
- At least 2 years experience in sales is required.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Asthe Account Manager you will maintain and grow relationships between PlatformOne and our clients, ensuring outstanding customer service and clientsatisfaction. You will develop account plans, manage client relationships anddeliver proposals, whilst achieving an assigned sales and profit growth goal. Youwill interact with clients through a combination of telephone, email,presentations and face-to-face meetings.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicating to clients clearly and addressing their concerns and resolving any conflicts that arise.
- Acting to deliver good outcomes for our customers by following the Consumer Duty rules and guidance set by the FCA and our own internal core values and behaviours.
- Raising clients, business concerns and needs to our management team
- Negotiating and closing business contracts with existing and new clients
- Preparing and presenting business and account updates to our management team and clients
- Monitoring the budget of the client, explaining the costs or expenditures and discussing new terms if necessary
- Following up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with Platform Ones products and services
- Contributing information to sales strategies by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive products, assessing needs to be filled and analysing client reactions.
- Retain client volume, sales & profitability through proactive stewardship of the firms relationship with client accounts
- Penetrates accounts by:
- Selling new or additional products or services to existing clients and/or
- Finding additional buyers with the existing customer location and/or
- Selling additional client locations.
- Call upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by management.
- Proactively assist with the management of client satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.
- Manages clients transition from the Business Development team during customer implementation.
