As an Account Manager, you’ll be a key player in partnering with our UK operations to help develop and nurture our current and developing customer portfolio. Due to client demand within the APAC region our business has recently opened in Singapore, working with the strong support of our London (UK) office that has been in operation for 10 years. Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with key clients on personnel requirements
  • Generate new candidates through market research and referrals
  • Explore new business opportunities within the offshore sector
  • Market research to develop awareness of industry and business opportunities.
  • Maintain a portfolio of clients and provide key support by supplying freelance personnel for short assignments.
  • Maintain relations with a network of existing freelance personnel and manage their working schedules.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and other necessities required for personnel when on assignment.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified (English lead university)
  • Between 1 to 3 years of experience in sales/recruitment/account management
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a target-led environment
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of recruitment software or CRM systems
  • High level of English is a must
