Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Quantum Outsourcing Group is looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead and oversee dynamic teams responsible for reaching established metrics in call operations. This role involves maintaining high performance standards, developing effective processes, and showcasing team strengths. The Account Manager will directly manage supervisors, handle team escalations, and present regular performance reports to upper management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least two years of experience managing supervisors in a call center or BPO environment.
- Experience in client management, including clear communication and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively.
- Proven skills in team management and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Performance Management: Ensure that teams meet or exceed KPIs consistently, fostering an environment of high achievement and continuous improvement.
- Team Oversight: Manage teams, each with 5-10 members, including direct supervision of team supervisors to maintain smooth operations and productivity.
- Process Development: Create and implement efficient processes that support high performance and the achievement of company metrics.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve team challenges, creating a supportive and motivating environment for all team members.
- Talent Development: Assess and leverage the strengths of team members, encouraging professional growth and maximizing team effectiveness.
- Reporting and Communication: Present regular performance reports to Quantum’s leadership team in the U.S., providing insights and updates on team progress and metrics.
