REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 5 years of construction related
• Experience and knowledged in IT Telecommunication Sector
• Diploma or Degree in business / account
• Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency
• Strong leadership skills
• BCSS Cert required.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs.
• Managing multiple marketing projects concurrently, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with internal & external teams, including creative, digital, and strategy, to ensure alignment on project goals and execution.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify potential challenges and implement solutions to mitigate risks and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, campaign performance, and account growth to clients and management.
• Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to assess needs and recommend strategies for improvement and growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and emerging technologies to enhance service offerings.
• Responsible for the on-site management of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices, procedures & local legislation.Responsible to Support on-site troubleshooting if customer request.
