Our Industrial Division provides safety and productivity solutions for the material handling sector (forklifts), and construction equipment.
RCT Australia is seeking a professional Account Manager - Industrial | Construction to generate sales for solutions, products, and services throughout Australia’s West Coast, South Australia, Northern Territory, Singapore & Malaysia. This professional Account Manager will be required to have experience and a background in mechanical, auto electrical, spare parts, and/or material handling. This is an absolute requirement of this role.
This role will be responsible for achieving RCT’s objectives in terms of business growth, developing new opportunities through new business relationships and diversification.

Key requirements include:

• Ability to speak confidently to a broad range of customer contacts from site to Corporate level
• Ability to form strong relationships and multiple levels within organizations.
• Proven ability to develop and retain B2B accounts through solution sales
• Presentation skills - the ability to understand RCT’s technology and professionally articulate its value to customers
• Experience working in Singapore and Malaysia is a definite advantage
• Ability to present and sell online and travel regularly throughout the region

Key attributes include:

• Proven Sales and Industrial sector experience
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience within the MHE industry, Spare Parts, Construction Equipment solutions
• Self-starter able to work autonomously as required
• Excellent communication skills
• Action and results driven
• Proactive and positive outlook
• Consistent professional engagement with customers
• High energy levels
• This role is either based at our Perth Head Office or remotely in Adelaide
