We are currently recruiting for a Account Manager to join our established and experienced sales team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your Role
Your role will be working within our Key Account Team looking to grow our underwriting portfolio through building and maintaining partnerships with our existing broker panel.
You will maintain relationships with a portfolio of broker accounts to effectively secure renewals and drive profitable revenue growth. You will predominantly do this by telephone and MS Teams.
You will agree and maintain account plans with a panel of key broker accounts to achieve sales strategy and targets.
About You
To be successful in this role, preferably you will have previous experience of Relationship / Account Management. You will be driven, with excellent communication skills and have the confidence and ability to build relationships from scratch.
Any insurance, e-trade or SME knowledge would be beneficial but is not essential. This role is more about the person than the previous experience.
