REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing flawless customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to successfully implement sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to determine trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with customers
