REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing flawless customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to successfully implement sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to determine trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with customers
