Job Description

THE EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Experience in account management in the information technology and communications sector.
  • Strong experience in Sales is essential
  • Confidence to handle difficult conversations - ie troubleshooting, resolutions, objections handling.
  • Able to drill down to isolate problems customers may be experiencing
  • Persuasive communicator – demonstrating well developed oral and written skills
  • Able to continually prioritise activities and make quick decisions based on rational analysis

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE AND HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

TenderLink provides tender notification services and electronic tendering solutions to clients throughout Australia and New Zealand. TenderLink is recognised as the market leading provider of tender notification services and online tendering technology throughout Australasia.
Our SaaS Account Manager drives revenue through increased portal activity, ensuring our SaaS customers use their portals to their full potential, thereby improving the service for TenderLink subscribers and their access to current and relevant business opportunities!

THE VALUE-ADD THINGS YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Implement TenderLink’s Account Management Strategy aimed at onboarding new customers, increasing portal usage, reducing customer churn and cross selling illion solutions.
  • Achieve agreed customer engagement targets, revenue targets and upselling and cross selling Targets.
  • Provide detailed onboarding support and training.
  • Provide SaaS customers with technical know-how and advice on best practice to fully utilise the potential of their portals to accurately target subscribers.
  • Identify opportunities to widen the usage of TenderLink’s products and services in organisations where procurement is decentralised.
  • Deliver campaigns to existing SaaS customers by email and follow up phone calls regarding new functionality or products.
  • Assist with construction of demos for potential SaaS customers and portal administration including supplier uploads, report generation and Portal changes.
  • Contribute to Ongoing Strategy, Process and Product Development
  • Identify and provide feedback on common issues that arise as result of customer contact.
