ACCOUNT MANAGER – UK & MIDDLE EAST

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- You have a degree in a relevant field.
- You have 1-3 years of sales support or sales experience.
- CRM system experience is a must.
- Experience working in the Engineering industry would be an asset.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and performance targets within your assigned territory.
- Follow a structured approach to selling through daily activities like prospecting and appointment generation.
- Generate new leads via after-sales follow-ups, cold calling, research, networking, and emails.
- Follow up promptly on all incoming leads within your territory.
- Identify, manage, and create profiles for prospects and clients in the CRM database.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through calls, meetings, and emails.
- Successfully manage and enhance relationships with Transoft Sales partners within your assigned territory.
- Act as the primary communication link between clients and the company, ensuring timely and effective responses to enquiries.
- Manage the entire sales process, targeting top prospects, identifying client needs, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Address objections, make accurate cost calculations, and provide quotations to secure sales.
- Review your sales performance using KPIs and submit timely and accurate sales forecasts to management.
- Attend regular sales meetings, prepare and present sales analysis reports.
- Attend and assist with trade shows, partner events, conferences, and meetings to promote Transoft’s products.
- Work collaboratively with different departments as part of the regional sales and services team.
