Your mission is to drive the growth of our MES business within the APAC region. In this role you will take ownership of your territory and MES licence sales, leveraging your initiative and collaborating with colleagues throughout the Infor business.

About You

You are a driven sales rep with extensive experience selling enterprise software solutions into businesses within the APAC region. You are comfortable building relationships and selling to C-level stakeholders and you are ready to take on an exciting career move, taking full responsibility for the regional growth target within a rapidly growing business unit which enables manufacturing businesses to realise their digital transformation goals.

  • Proven track record in complex enterprise software sales, ideally in MES/MOM or related solutions such as OEE, QMS, EAM, WMS, SCADA, and ERP.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • A hunter mentality with the ability to win new logos.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Adept at understanding customer challenges, and complex processes and situations.
  • Ability to think strategically out-of-the-box, and consider the bigger picture.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences at different levels.
  • You are engaged, driven and motivated, you invest in yourself, and you are keen to make an impact.
  • Process driven with strong attention to detail, you recognize the benefit in being control of your sales process.
  • Experience using CRM solutions including Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Comfortable prospecting and driving pipeline generation.
  • Ability to work with multiple customers/prospects.
  • A team player with the ability to lead virtual sales teams while building strong peer and interpersonal relationships.

About Your Team
You will benefit from being part of a dynamic and innovative team within the MES sales organization, working closely with our solution consulting team and the wider Infor business.
You will play a pivotal role by taking ownership of the sales target for the APAC region providing rapid growth and significant market penetration. This position offers a unique chance to showcase your skills and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.
As a member of this team, your contributions will be highly visible, allowing you to have a direct impact on Infor’s success.

The first couple of months will be an intense on-boarding and training program, equipping you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in this role.

Your Daily Role

  • Work with customers and prospects to gain a deep understanding of their requirements.
  • Stay updated on the evolving Infor product landscape, positioning complementary applications effectively.
  • Showcase the value proposition and competitive advantages of our solution.
  • Drive demand-generation activities to raise awareness of Infor MES, working closely with other departments collaboratively.
  • Travel as needed to meet with customers on-site, valuing face-to-face interactions for building strong customer relationships.
  • Responsible for MES solution sales to the assigned industries/territory.
  • A strategic thinker, being able to express vision and trends of Infor and the market.
  • Able to interact with customers and prospects to sell software solutions – activities include lead generation.
  • Use MEDDPICC to manage complex sales cycles whilst working with virtual sales teams including pre-sales, development, professional services, lead generation, partners, and support.
  • Exceed sales quota – maintain forecast, pipeline and status updates in CRM.
  • Use lead generation and networking techniques to pursue net new business.
  • Work closely with the professional services team to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
